Kaku Kayak, already well known in the kayak industry with their widely successful Kahuna SUP and Wahoo 12.5 kayak, now introduce the little brother of the group with the Wahoo 10.5. While shorter, the Wahoo 10.5 still packs quite a punch with the same features of the 12.5, but in a shorter package.
Kaku Kayak has now added to its stable of paddle watercraft with the release of the all-new 2017 Wahoo 10.5 kayak. Already established in the kayak market with their Kahuna SUP and Wahoo 12.5 kayak, Kaku now brings the same stability and performance we’ve come to expect, but in a smaller package. Kaku Kayak owner Kevin Hawkins, “We designed the Wahoo 10.5 for paddlers who want a more compact kayak without giving up performance, stability, and the features of a longer kayak.”
The Wahoo 10.5 will track extremely well for a shorter kayak, is easy to stand in, and will respond to tight turns easily. The Wahoo 10.5 has all the features as its older brother, Wahoo 12.5, with plenty of gear tracks, a raised aluminum seat, integrated mounting for the Power Pole Micro, is rudder ready, and comes standard with a great looking deck pad featuring the Kaku Kayak logo.
The new Wahoo 10.5 will also be showcased at the upcoming ICAST/Fly Fishing Festival in July at booth #5657 in Orlando, FL.
- Length: 10’5”
